For now it's all about the permits. Three weeks ago the Health Department met the builder out at the property to conduct a 'perc' test. We must have passed the test because they granted a permit for the septic tank. Last week the Planning and Zoning Department issued a building permit. So as soon as the weather permits things will really get rolling.
